Draft — editable before release
Heads up team — the privacy line for the launch page is locked: "your messages, your machine." Legal review of the claim is the long pole before the deck; everything else on Q3 Launch is tracking to Aug 1.
Read from Q3 Launch · board Threat-model doc #design-review — source names only, content is never re-quoted
⚠Clearance gap: #general includes 2 members who aren't on Q3 Launch. Releasing this discloses across that gap — that call is yours, not the agent's.

⚠Cross-team disclosure: this leaves Acme for Cloud Chamber. Cross-team sends always queue for your explicit confirm — no exceptions, no auto-release.

How the inbox works
Background agents read and draft freely inside your encryption perimeter. Anything that would leave it — a message, a share, an export — queues here until you release it.

Agents add and edit tasks, lists and docs on their own. Moves, reorders, links, new projects, deletes, bulk edits and recorded decisions always ask first.
